Chewing gum, eating and drinking (excluding water) is not permitted in the studios, hallways, or dressing rooms. Valuables should not be left unattended. It is the responsibility of parents and caregivers to assure that all children behave appropriately at all times.
ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE: The annual registration fee is $25 per child, or $40 per family and is non-refundable. The registration fee will not be pro-rated. There is limited enrollment for classes.
TUITION REFUNDS AND CREDITS: Tuition is due in full at time of registration. Tuition is not refundable and is non-transferable. Credit requests are issued only during the first two weeks of the semester. All credits are subject to a $15 Administration fee. Tuition will be pro-rated if enrollment occurs two or more weeks after the quarter begins. RETURN CHECK FEE Return checks are subject to a $25 fee. LATE FEES: There will be a $25.00 late attached to all accounts that are not up to date. SIBLING DISCOUNT First enrolled student - full tuition. Siblings 10% discount per sibling per quarter. SNOW CLOSINGS: In the event of inclement weather, Philadelphia Studio Ballet follows Montgomery County Public School closings. If classes are cancelled, students are allowed to make up their class on another day. No deduction in tuition will be made. CANCELLATION POLICY: PSB reserves the right to cancel any class that does not meet minimum enrollment requirements. |
