All Tuition and associated fees are NON-refundable. Our policy makes it possible to insure you receive the highest quality dance instruction available, as we have minimum and maximum class sizes. Further, upon registration all students have a place reserved in our classes for the year and have assumed a responsibility to their fellow classmates.
PSB
Performances
Philadelphia Studio
Ballet provides students the opportunity to learn, rehearse and perform
original, as well as traditional repertoire in our informal end of year
Showcase. The children are, of course, gaining invaluable experience while
performing in a professional environment, and the schedules are usually fairly
demanding. Producing a quality production will require students to attend all
classes and to participate in extra rehearsals. This does require commitment by
the student, as well as his or her parent. PSB believes that students should
gain as much performing experience as possible, but participation in the
Showcase is not mandatory. It is strongly encouraged, however, as students
always enjoy this opportunity to get on stage and perform.
Please
Note:
Information
regarding Philadelphia Studio Ballet’s production of The
Nutcracker can be referenced by checking
“The Company.”
SHOWCASE FEES AND
ASSIGNMENTS
The Showcase fee
includes the cost of the student’s costume and helps to cover the many costs
associated with the production. These include faculty, staff, theater, crew,
etc. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Due to the growth of the
school, performances will be divided into multiple Showcases. Although the
school will make every effort to make this experience comfortable for families,
PSB can not promise that siblings will be assigned the same Showcase.
Additionally, it is likely that students attending multiple classes will be
assigned to more than one Showcase.
