Payment Schedule PSB follows the academic calendar, classes September to June. Philadelphia Studio Ballet has a two installments, per school year, and tuition is due in full at the time of registration (Aug 15 and Jan 15); and is not refundable and is non-transferable. Tuition will be pro-rated if enrollment occurs two or more weeks after the semester begins.

A $45 Annual Registration Fee is charged automatically per family upon enrollment. 4. A $25 Late Fee is added to the account every two weeks after the payment due date. 5. Class Pricing: 45mins-1hr $425 for 18 weeks 1.5hrs $525 for 18 weeks 1.75-2hrs $610 for 18 weeks
Payment Methods: -Tuition is due in full at the time of registration. -Payment plans are available for students taking two or more classes per week.
Installment Payment Option: Families who prefer to pay tuition in four installments (every nine weeks) will be set up on an automatic payment system. Payments will be submitted on the first (1st) day of each 9-week session, from September through June. Your credit card will be charged automatically each session. -Please email the studio to set up a payment schedule. -A $25 service charge and/or NSF charge will be assessed for any returned or declined payment transaction. You must notify Philadelphia Studio Ballet of any changes to your credit card, including your address, expiration date, and security code. These changes must be made in writing via email; [email protected].
Keep A Credit Card On File First Tuition installment payment must be paid through the Parent Portal For your convenience & to avoid late fees, each student must keep a credit card on file. Credit cards are automatically charged for each session unless we receive another form of payment by the tuition due date. You must notify PSB of any changes to your credit card. These changes must be made in writing to the business office at [email protected] A $25.00 service charge will be assessed for any returned, declined or non-sufficient funds payment transaction.
Withdrawal If, for any reason, you choose to withdraw from PSB, or your child drops a class, an email ([email protected]) must be submitted ten (10) days prior to the next quarter's billing date. Once we have been notified, we will deactivate any automatic payments. You will not receive a refund for paid classes that you did not attend if you discontinue in the middle of the session. Tuition payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, we do have a flexible policy for the youngest students who are eager to dance but who may not be quite ready for a class environment. If this is the case we will apply the balance to a future session. Sometimes just a few months can make a big difference. Our schedule is always subject to change, based on enrollment demands. If the class you have selected is closed or cancelled, we will contact you as soon as possible to help find an alternative that works for you. Please note: your class selections are not guaranteed until payment is received.
